Delete your PrecisionAg Dash account

In the app

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete my account, and tap Request account deletion.

Without the app

Email support@precisionagdash.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my PrecisionAg Dash account".

What is deleted

Your login (name, email, password hash), sessions, notification settings and silent hours, and registered phones/browsers for notifications. We confirm by email within 30 days.

What is kept

Farm controller data (readings and alarm history) belongs to the farm, not to an individual user, and stays with the farm's account. Records of notifications sent to you are removed or anonymized. Backups roll off within 30 days.
