Who we are

PrecisionAg Dash is provided by Precision Ag Automation [CONFIRM legal entity name and mailing address] ("we", "us"). Contact: support@precisionagdash.com [CONFIRM].

What the app is

A read-only dashboard for farms that use a Precision Ag Automation control system. Accounts are created by us for each farm; there is no public sign-up. The app does not change anything on the farm's controller.

Information we process

• Account information: your name, email address, role (owner/viewer) and the farm you belong to. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Sign-in session: a secure, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days), stored as a hash on our server.
• Notification settings: which alarms you want, silent hours, and your time zone.
• Device push registration: if you turn on notifications, a push address/token for that phone or browser, and the browser's user-agent string (to label the device).
• Farm data: readings and alarms from the farm's controller (temperatures, pressures, wash status and similar). This is equipment data belonging to the farm, not personal data about you.
• Technical logs: the server briefly keeps IP addresses in memory to limit repeated failed sign-ins, and standard web-server logs [CONFIRM retention, e.g. 30 days].
• Account deletion requests: your email, farm and the date you asked.
• On your device: the app keeps a copy of the most recent data screens so it can show last-known values when you're offline. This copy is removed when you sign out.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data or payment information. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

How we use it

Only to run the app: sign you in, show your farm's data, send the alarm notifications you choose, keep the service secure, and provide support.

Who we share it with

• Hosting: our servers are hosted by DigitalOcean [CONFIRM region].
• Push delivery: notification content is passed to the push service of your device (Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, or your browser vendor's web push service) solely to deliver it.
• Your farm: farm owners and Precision Ag Automation staff can see the list of users on the farm.
• When required by law.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Sessions expire after 30 days. When an account is deleted, we remove your personal data within 30 days; backups roll off within [CONFIRM] days. Farm data is kept for the farm according to its agreement with us.

Your choices and rights

• Turn notifications off anytime in Settings or in your phone's settings.
• Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account) or see how to delete your account.
• Ask us for a copy or correction of your information at the contact above. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights; we will honor them. [CONFIRM jurisdictions]

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Each farm's data is kept separate: the server only lets you see the farm your account belongs to.

Children

The app is for farm businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
